Seventeen fairways lakes is a Stylish, Luxury Scandinavian two story lodge set in the 400 acre grounds of Caldecott Hall in the heart of the Norfolk countryside. The lodge comes complete with two very spacious double bedrooms, with the master bedroom being en-suite with a walk in shower.
The lodge has a large open plan lounge with two comfortable seating areas and balcony overlooking the grounds, full Sky HD TV with Blu-ray player and a variety of movies and games.
There is a fully fitted modern Kitchen with island hob and cooker, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a dining area and utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The lodge has two car park spaces available.
You also have your own private six person Jacuzzi / hot tub sunken into the main patio area which has a dining table so you can sit and enjoy the sunset.
Fairway lakes village is a tranquil setting which boasts two 18 hole golf courses with a fantastic open plan clubhouse and bar serving freshly prepared food seven days a week. Also on site is a floodlit driving range, Pro shop with a resident PGA Professional for individual or group tuition, golf buggy, trolley hire and practice areas.
If you are looking for something a little more relaxing head for The Barn Works, a superb complex that houses a heated swimming pool, Spa and fully equipped gymnasium all set in a beautifully restored 15th century barn.
The Barn Works also offers a wide range of massages and beauty treatments all carried out by fully qualified Therapists.
The village also has four carp fishing lakes, a horse sanctuary and many nature walks and trails for those that love the outdoors.
There is also an on site restaurant that holds many different theme nights and within a few minutes drive there is at least five different pubs and restaurants.
Seventeen Fairway Lakes is the ideal base to explore the Norfolk surroundings. Twenty minutes away is the city of Norwich offering fantastic shopping, restaurants and culture with a historical norman castle and cathedral and beautiful riverside walks.
Only ten minutes from beautiful unspoilt beaches and in the heart of the famous Norfolk broads where daily boat hire is available all year round.
